Making a Difference, One Family at a Time
Margaret Simmons, Founder & Lead Nanny Trainer
Margaret Simmons' journey with Superstar Nannies is shaped by nearly three decades of heartfelt dedication to early childhood care and education. After earning her degree in human growth and child development from Drexel University, along with recognized credentials including 120 ECU and CDA, Margaret built a career supporting children and families as a teacher, trusted nanny, and Assistant Director at Head Start.
Her work in Montessori classrooms led to the creation of the “Information Station,” a hands-on learning concept designed to encourage curiosity and developmental growth through meaningful interaction. She later expanded her impact by launching a nanny placement agency in Pennsylvania, helping connect families with reliable caregivers while mentoring nannies to meet high standards of care.
Despite life’s challenges, Margaret’s commitment to uplifting children and families has remained unwavering. This dedication led to the creation of Superstar Nannies in Wichita, where each placement is handled with care, safety, and a personalized approach that gives families true peace of mind.
Beyond placements, Margaret continues to mentor caregivers with updated training and practical guidance, helping build a community centered on trust and child well-being. Her vision continues to grow with plans for the Superstar Nannies Academy—an initiative focused on elevating childcare standards through ongoing education and professional development.
At the heart of her work is one simple belief: children grow best in safe, caring hands.
